Returns & Exchanges
At Cinemark Shop, we want you to love your cinematic gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cinemark Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation email inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our returns portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
